Frequently Asked Questions
By default, we do not send proofs. This allows us to ship your order as fast as possible. We're happy to send proofs upon request. Please do so by sending us an email at hello@papercuteink.com - otherwise, you will NOT receive a proof. If a proof is requested, it will be sent within 1 business day after purchase.
Please be advised that requesting a proof will extend your turnaround time. The turnaround time for your order does not start until we have proof approval.
We accept custom orders depending on our current work load. If you have something custom that you would like made, send us an email.
We ship fast! Most non-personalized orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days. Most personalized items process within 2-3 business days. However, keep in mind if you place your order on the weekend, a holiday or past 2pm ET, processing time begins the following business day.
Delivery times are calculated as such: production time + shipping time = delivery time. For example, production time (1-3 business days) + shipping time (2-3 day USPS priority shipping) = 6 business days from the date you ordered for your order to arrive to you.
All claims for damaged, defective or missing items must be filed with Paper Cute Ink within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email our custom service and attach a photo of the affected product so we can file a claim with USPS and start solving the issue for you.
No, we can not guarantee a specific delivery date. Refunds are not issued due to delivery delays.
