Shipping & Returns
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some delivery times may be delayed within the USPS system. Our fast in-house turnaround remains the same!
Shipping rates are determined by weight and size.
Orders typically ship within 2-7 business days. All orders ship via the method you selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information to the email address associated with your order as soon as your package is on its way to you.
Please verify your shipping address is correct during checkout. Should you use Paypal, please check your shipping address there as well. Paper Cute Ink is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
To guarantee a fast processing & shipping, all orders will be started almost immediately after an order has been placed. Therefor we reserve the right to deny any cancellation requests.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.
We will provide a refund or a replacement order free of charge if we made an error on our end while personalizing and processing your order.
However, we are not able or required to process refunds or provide replacements for:
- products made with incorrect information or typos due to customer error.
- orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
- Missed events due to shipping delays.
Occasionally, orders become damaged in transit. We work hard to package up everything carefully, but unfortunately, we lose control of packages as soon as they leave the studio. In the case of damaged products, save the box and merchandise and notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- your order number
- an image of the damaged product
- your mailing address
Please contact us within 3 days if you have received a damaged product. We will do our best to replace the damaged product in a timely manner.
LATE DELIVERIES/MISSING packages
You will receive a tracking number via email for your order once it has shipped. Please refer to the tracking number sent to you to check the status of your order.
If a domestic parcel has not been received within 14 days of shipping, or an international parcel within 45 days of shipping, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number & the name associated with your order.
Refunds are not issued do to late deliveries.
