Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some delivery times may be delayed within the USPS system. Our fast in-house turnaround remains the same! : )
Most orders are printed, packaged, and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that this is the in-house processing time and does not account for the time the package is in transit.
We ship via USPS First Class, which usually takes 3-6 business days in transit. Orders over $50 ship free!
Expedited shipping methods are available at checkout.
You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.
RETURNED OR MISLABELED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for or required to process refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
HANDLING WHILE IN TRANSIT - SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
We carefully pack each order by hand in our studio. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the postal service. However, we know it is our job to provide you with a perfect product that lives up to our high standards. Should your order arrive damaged and unusable due to the post office's handling, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
All personalized items are final sale.
Non-personalized items and instant download items: Please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
We will provide a refund or a replacement order free of charge if we made an error on our end while personalizing and processing your order.
However, we are not able or required to process refunds or provide replacements for:
- products made with incorrect information or typos due to customer error.
- orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
